Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Paylane, we do not permit cancellations by users or customers. Once a transaction is initiated on our website or mobile application, it cannot be canceled. In the case of a failed transaction due to payment gateway issues or operator error, any deducted funds will be refunded within 7 working days.

Refund Policy : All sales of recharge, bill payments, and other services are final, with no refunds or exchanges allowed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the mobile number, DTH account number, or any other account details when making a transaction. Paylane will not be responsible for any transaction errors due to incorrect information provided by you. However, if money is deducted from your card or bank account and the recharge or service is not delivered within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team. Include the following details in your email: mobile number (or DTH/account number), operator name, recharge/service value, transaction date, and order number. Paylane will investigate the incident, and if the payment was deducted without successful delivery of the recharge or service, a refund will be processed within 7 working days. If the transaction was completed using the Paylane wallet, the refunded amount will be credited back to your Paylane wallet. For transactions made through credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refund will be returned to your bank or card as applicable.

Return Policy : Paylane does not offer any return policy. As per our cancellation policy, cancellations are not permitted once a transaction has been successfully processed on our website or mobile application. Therefore, no returns can be claimed for any completed transaction.
